Mega Center
When space and versatility is what you need out of your Midwest convention center, the Mega Center is ideal. With space for up to 3,500 people, this expansive area is perfect for large exhibit shows, concerts, conventions, or any other unique use. Featuring wall-to-wall carpeting, 5 skyboxes, state-of-the-art Internet access, private lobby registration, a separate snack bar, dining area, adjustable lighting, large overhead doors for loading and exceptional exhibit and rigging capabilities, virtually anything is possible!
St. Charles Ballroom
Offers 12,320 square feet of space that can be broken out into as many as six salons, with floor to ceiling retractable walls to accommodate simultaneous or independent events. Features 16-foot ceilings, an adjustable lighting and sound system, and easy access to loading docks at the adjacent Mega Center.
Marsalis
Perfect for mid-sized meetings, this 1,400 square foot ballroom overlooks our beautiful Atrium and may be readily divided into two spaces for functions requiring separate sessions, lunches or other gatherings.
Gem Rooms
An ideal solution for multiple sessions in a single location. Ranging from 775 to 1,150 square feet with 10-foot ceilings, these Tower rooms offer beautiful window views overlooking the golf course and pool area, and light-diminishing draperies.
Legend Rooms
Range from 450 to 750 square feet and feature 9-foot ceilings, spectacular floor to ceiling windows with light diminishing drapery and views of the golf course and pool area. These Tower rooms also offer private rest rooms and wet bars.
Gallery Hall
Privately set on the west side of the resort, this 2-story collection of rooms all feature high-speed Internet access, networking capabilities, special electrical configurations, and excellent sound insulation – making them versatile enough for any type of meeting. This facility also offers convenient loading access and large windows and light-diminishing draperies that provide beautiful views of the golf course.
The Advanced Center for Training (ACT)
This IACC certified center offers over 20,000 square feet of meeting space with 13 distinct training rooms. Built with state-of-the-art technologies and standardized facilities, this CMP property is designed specifically for corporate training sessions, seminars and educational classes, and offers the convenience of having a structured conference-room environment, with the added resort amenities of
