- Members cannot start redeeming points until after their first paid stay once they have become a member.
- What constitutes a stay? One complete check in and check out for one night or any number of consecutive nights constitutes as one stay. To accumulate stays, there must be at least a 24 hour period between the prior check out and subsequent check in at the resort.
- Members must present their membership card in person and a valid identification at any participating outlets to redeem points.
- Members can use the membership card to accumulate points for up to 2 rooms per night provided that the same member pays for all charges for both rooms and must be the registered guest for at least one room.
- Members can start redeeming their points on their second stay towards guest room accommodations, participating food and beverages outlets, golf greens fees and Pro Shop merchandise, theater and Zanies tickets.
- Participating F&B outlets: Harvest Restaurant and Lounge, Clubhouse Lounge, Terrace Café, Baker’s Wife Breakfast Nook, Garden Atrium Dining, Sunday Brunch.
- Not redeemable at Mario Tricoci Salon & Spa, Hertz Rental Car and any Bourbon Street Shops.
- The rewards points or the Pheasant Run dollars earned have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, and only applied towards designated resort amenities or services.
- Managing your points:
- Checking balances can be done either online or by calling 800-474-3272. You will need to have your card number ready in either case.
- Any unused balance of points will carry over to members' next visit as long as the account remains active.
