Noble Fool Theatricals is the largest non-profit theater producer in the western suburbs, and a member of the League of Chicago Theatres.

Noble Fool Theatricals’ mission of “pursuing truth through humor” doesn’t only apply to their critically-acclaimed productions – offstage they’ve been busy developing ways to educate the community through children’s programming, theater classes, and new post-show theater discussions.  Their approach to fulfilling that commitment is one of exposure to the arts and professional artists, hands-on learning as well as traditional theatrical training.  NFT Performing Arts Academy strives to educate both young people and adults through a hands-on technical and theatrical experience, and teach professionalism.  Acting classes, performance workshops, and youth ensemble productions are available all year long. 

The new $4.5 million Mainstage Theater at Pheasant Run Resort includes state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, stadium seating for over 320 individuals and spectacular intimate sightlines. The smaller Preservation Hall Studio Theater presents interactive works, including the long running hit comedy "Flanagan's Wake."

All Noble Fool productions are directed and designed by leading Chicago-theater professionals, which helps us cast productions with members of Actors' Equity, the national professional stage-actor union. Recent productions have featured artists familiar to audiences at every major Chicago theater organization, including several winners of the Joseph Jefferson Awards, Chicago's highest theatrical honor.
