I would be remiss if I did not personally praise, in particular, Brittany Norris and Ting. Brittany was very available during the final stages of the expo and certainly the last three days when our company was onsite. She was only a phone call away, allowed us to use her office for last minute computer requests and did all of this accompanied with a warm smile. Ting was a workhorse and you are very lucky to have such a great, hardworking person in your employ. He was always willing to do whatever asked and never once did we need to look much farther than across the Mega Center to find him busy working on tables, chairs, linens or pipe and drape. He was fantastic!
Please note that I did also want to mention the great work of Al Moore, John, Hammer and Nik. They were professional and extremely easy to work with. I am grateful for the experience of working with Pheasant Run."
A special thanks to Lori in the Mega Center! When I needed something quickly I knew right where to go. She was happy to help us with any requests and always with a smile. She was in the Mega Center all day every day to answer and questions, to help us with any issues from food to temperature control to set up. She is a wonderful asset for Pheasant Run!

As I shared with you prior to the conference I had concerns about the resort being dated and in need of some investment. Despite my concerns I chose to hold the conference at Pheasant Run because of the people who worked there. I was impressed during my initial visit with Karen Horn that everyone and I mean everyone who worked there took the initiative to say HI to you or you greeted them. I visited the resort unannounced twice before signing the contract to see if that day was a dog and pony show and to my pleasant surprise your staff never once failed to make my visit pleasant and satisfying. Kudos to your staff.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your professionalism and attention to detail from conversation to BEO to execution-the transition was flawless with an impeccable outcome! From the moment we walked in your main entrance to the closing of the car door, your hospitality was of the highest caliber.
Chef Tiffany and her team outdid themselves on a menu that was creatively displayed and savory to the last bite! The dinner was one of the BEST our GM's have experienced in a setting like none before…and the filets were cooked to perfection despite a winded reception by our attendees. You truly exceeded all expectations as the genuine smiles of our attendees showed true. I think it helps when everyone at the resort was empowered and seemed like they loved their role--it was contagious. You have an exceptional team!
Steve and Janis were stand-out all stars ensuring everyone was taken care of as well as your service team. Your executive team was also on-point, there for any question or direction needed. Forgive me if I did not mention each one here…You all made IHLA look good too and we greatly appreciate that!!
