A Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time in 11:00am.
A We make every effort to allow our guests to check in early and check out late. However, all special requests are subject to availability upon check in and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations can be made 48 hours or more prior to arrival without penalty. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, a charge for one night stay including tax and resort fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If an advance deposit was made, a full refund would be issued with cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival.


Proof of identification. You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve or check-in to a room. A valid credit or debit card and a photo ID will be required upon check-in. Cash is accepted at check in for the full amount of stay plus tax and resort fee. A $50.00 incidental hold is required when paying cash and will be authorized on a valid credit or debit card.

​​Debit Cards - Please Note: When using a debit card, funds are charged immediately like cash transactions and all authorization can be held by your bank for up to 14 days. These are policies of individual banks, not Pheasant Run Resort. The resort is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges. Debit cards can only be accepted as debit cards, not as credit cards.

The $50 incidental hold is an amount we authorize on your card upon arrival to cover any incidental costs that might be charged against your room. This $50 authorization will be released upon departure if no such charges incur. The amount of time it takes for these funds to be available to you varies depending on your bank. It could take up to 14 business days to become available.

A There is a $50 NON refundable deposit due per pet friendly room for the length of your stay.
A There is no charge for parking. Valet Parking is available on Fridays and Saturdays for $6 per day, $10 overnight (rate and availability subject to change without notice).

A They offer athletic services, skin care treatments, body scrubs and wraps, body waxing, manicure and pedicure services, and makeup and hair.
A We have a variety of attractions on site and in the vicinity. On site, we have a Zanies Comedy Club and the Mainstage Theater. The St. Charles Mall, Aquascape Aqualand and downtown St Charles are all within a few miles of the resort.
A Wristbands are issued to overnight guests upon check-in or pre-check in based on room type occupancy. We will replace a damaged wrist band at the front desk at no additional cost. There is a $15 fee to replace lost wristbands. Wristbands are not required for children under the age of 3. Additional guests above allotted occupancy of guest room can purchase a daily pool pass at the front desk for $15.
