Pheasant Run Resort is an entertainment destination in the Chicagoland! Our 38,000 square foot Mega Center brings in regional and national trade shows almost every single week throughout the year drawing in hundreds of thousands of visitors. In addition, Pheasant Run Resort has four distinct ballrooms, an amphitheater, comedy club, and meeting rooms that at any given time could be hosting multiple vendor events. This page is your resource for upcoming vendor and sponsorship opportunities to tap into the local Chicagoland market, group and convention visitors, and families and social groups looking for great events. 

Little Ghouls & Goblins Halloween Party
Saturday, October 26th Noon-4pm

Parents in the Fox Valley are always looking for great events to enjoy with their little ones, and Halloween is no exception. This year Pheasant Run Resort will be the Halloween celebration destination.
We are inviting all the little ones out to Pheasant Run for a fun Little Ghouls and Goblins Halloween Party. That is where you come in! Your business can purchase an exclusive vendor sponsorship and be a themed attraction at our party.
As the guests arrive throughout the afternoon, they will check in at the resort lobby where they will get an event program with your vendor information and then head to the activities booth to pick up their own goodie bag. Then they will head to the Garden Atrium for the party. At your booth, you would become part of the party with a game, activity, or giveaway. Then you will mark their program because they'll qualify for a raffle drawing if they visit every booth!
Guests of our resort will receive free admission and tickets will be available for local guests at $15* each to participate. The recommended age for this event is 5-12.

As A Themed Attraction Sponsor, You Receive:

  • Skirted 8-foot table and 2 chairs.
  • Opportunity to do a promotional giveaway with the people attending the event with the ability to collect guest data at your booth.
  • Opportunity to include a flyer or brochure (provided by you) in the goodie bag provided to guests (first 100 kids).
  • Opportunity to include a raffle giveaway valued up to $25.
  • Inclusion in event program with 200-character description of your business and booth activity.
  • Included in website promotion September 30th - October 26th.
  • Facebook ad with tag to your Facebook page to run September 30th - October 26th.
  • Included in internal marketing at Pheasant Run Resort September 30th - October 26th including electronic monitor displays, kiosk displays, table tents, and flyers.
  • Event inclusion in seasonal promotional efforts with link to dedicated landing page when available.

Get Your Business In Front of More Ghouls & Goblins This Halloween!

We want you to build an attraction that stays within the theme, but allows you to showcase your products or services. Instead of sitting in a booth passing out flyers or pens, you will find a way to get involved in the party as an attraction! Festival of Arts & Crafts at the pheasant run mega center

Come see just how creative these crafters can be at the Festival of Arts & Crafts! There is still time for everyone to purchase unique gifts and decorations for the holiday season. 200 booths will be featured filled with watercolors, gourds, metal art, jewelry, pens, soaps, yard art, floral, specialty foods, indoor & outdoor furniture, photography, baskets, stained and painted glass, quilts, wearable art, purses, holiday décor and much more. We want you to participate in this event by displaying your artwork for all to see!
